Pay for Shipping & Handling

For G4G12 attendees, there is no charge for the G4G12 book itself. However, to offset costs, there will be a Shipping & Handling charge of $10 for shipping within the USA or $30 for shipping Internationally.

The deadline for ordering your G4G12 book and paying for shipping is December 15th.
