24 Hour Maths Game Show
The 24 Hour Maths Game Show will take place from 7pm BST on Friday 28th October until 7pm BST on Saturday 29th October 2022, and will be a celebration of everything maths/games related, including mathematical game shows, game theory, maths games and anything else in the intersection of maths and games.

Bridges Conference
Since 1998, the Bridges Conference on mathematical connections in art, music, architecture, education, and culture has traveled to North America, Europe, and Asia, and has attracted participants from over thirty countries. The conference features invited speakers, regular and short paper presentations, hands-on workshops, a juried art exhibition, and arts performance events. it is interdisciplinary and of interest to, among others, artists, mathematicians and teachers. “The goal of the Bridges Organization is to foster research, practice, and new interest in mathematical connections to art, music, architecture, education and culture.”

RMC | G4G Europe
Since 2009 the Recreational Mathematics Colloquium is held in Portugal. Since 2015 it works in tandem with G4Gn also being called Gathering for Gardner Europe. It is organized by the Ludus Association. Mathematicians, teachers, and other scholars meet to exchange ideas on recreational mathematics.

Celebration of Mind
The Celebration of Mind events are a celebration of the work of Martin Gardner, aimed at a general public worldwide. Traditionally they take place near the end of October, close to the birthday of Martin Gardner, on October 21.

MathsJam
This is a privately organized get-together of mathematics enthusiasts.
There are monthly MathsJams that happen all over the world (typically in Pubs or the cultural equivalent); you can probably find one near you or create your own in case there is none.
Since 2010 the annual MathsJam is held in the United Kingdom, on a weekend in November. The Annual MathsJam Gathering is organised by Colin Wright in the UK, You can click here for more information.

MOVES
Since 2013 the MoMath MOVES brings together academical scholars in recreational Mathematics at the National Museum of Mathematics in New York City. Prior meetings have included themes on origami, or magic of mathematics, with participants from multiple fields of research.

Joint Mathematics Meetings
The Joint Mathematics Meetings (JMM) are hosted annually in early January by the American Mathematical Society (AMS). The meeting is the largest gathering of mathematicians in the United States, Several thousand talks, panels, mini-courses, and poster sessions are held each year.
National Math Festival
The National Math Festival is a showcase of mathematics for the general public which happens biannually in Spring. It usually takes place in Washington, DC with parallel events at science centers nationwide in the United States.

IPP
The International Puzzle Party is an annual invitation only forum for serious puzzle collectors for the exchange and sale of mechanical puzzles, books and related items, as well as for fun and fellowship. International Puzzle Parties have been held almost every year since 1978.

SHU-RMRC
Since 2020 the Sheffield Hallam University Recreational Mathematics Research Cluster host talks on recent research (formal and informal) into mathematical aspects of recreational mathematics as well as its link to education, mathematics communication and history of mathematics.

BGSC
The Board Game Studies Colloquium gathers a wide range of scholars, curators, inventors, collectors and game enthusiasts at an annual in April/May. The focus has traditionally been on board- , card- , and dice- games predating the 1950’s. Recently attention has been given to the current explosion in non-digital gaming.
ChiTAG
The Chicago Toy & Game Fair – North America’s largest toy & game fair open to the general public. It offers several events and interactive exhibits taking place in the late Fall. The next edition will be November 21 – 22, 2020 in online format.
