Do your kids love puzzles, games, logic, and math? Do they enjoy Alice in Wonderland? Bring the family! Come celebrate math with more than a dozen different hands-on activities. Join the Bottle Blastoff outside, or check out Halloween Symmetry: Weird 3D Objects, the Trick or Treat Candy Game, or Halloween Proof-Doku. Enjoy the main-stage show with magic, mathematical toys, YouTube video clips, and a “Dress as Your Favorite Lewis Carroll Character” costume contest! (Wear your costume and you may win a prize!) Plenty of fun for younger kids ages 8 and up, as well as puzzles to stump older kids and grown-ups. It’s all happening at the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute (MSRI) in Berkeley, California on Saturday, October 31 from 11am till 3pm.
