We celebrate the centenary of the birth of Martin Gardner, by promoting several activities that include some of the great passions of Martin Gardner: puzzles, magic, recreational mathematics, Lewis Carroll, skepticism and rationalism.
On wednesday, october 22th, the mathemagician Fernando Blasco will give a lecture showing more than one hobby of Martin Gardner.
On thursday 23th, on the hall of the Faculty of Science and Technology,
three stands providing practical demonstrations of magic, origami, optical illusions, games and many other surprises were mounted.
