October Virtual Celebration of Mind (CoM)
This Saturday October 21, at 12 noon ET (16:00 UTC) Atlanta Local Time, we return for another Virtual Celebration of mind. The title of this month’s presentation is “Martin Gardner & Scientific American: Columns, Books, Legacy” by Peter Renz. This presentation will happen on Zoom Webinar. We’ll also meet in another Zoom Room, where everyone will be able to see each other, right after this presentation.
We continue to update and mantain multiple tribute pages. In this we hope to honour and remember the many who have made the G4G community the remarkable group it is. As well as to inspire and connect those who build on the shoulders of these giants. We welcome and encourage any contribution to these tributes. To share your memories or anecdotes, please email us, email@example.com
- It is with great sadness that G4G notes the passing of Lambert Bright, who has been attending G4G since the very first meeting in 1993. He passed away in February 19, 2023. An online obituary has been set up here by his family.
